Ella’s Kitchen Kids has been developed for children aged 18 months and older, aimed at “matching the energy, independence and evolving tastes” typical of this age group.

This product line offers selections such as Crunchy Stix, featuring flavors like Cheese + Onion, Tomato + Basil, and Pesto, alongside Wild Crackers available in Tomato + Oregano, Pea + Basil, and Carrot + Rosemary.

These snacks are crafted to serve as ideal lunchbox companions or could complement picky plates and picnic spreads. Their goal is to assist busy parents by providing options that balance enjoyment, nutrition, and convenience.

Each pack of Stixs contains less than 0.04g of salt, while the Crackers have under 0.05g, categorizing both products as non-HFSS.

This launch signifies a new direction for Ella’s Kitchen, which has predominantly concentrated on weaning products – with plans for additional offerings in new sectors later this year.

“Ella’s Kitchen Kids is about recognising that the journey doesn’t stop at baby food. As little ones grow, their tastes, independence and routines all change – but parents still want options they can feel good about,” stated Emma Wood, senior brand manager at Ella’s Kitchen.

The range is tailored to provide healthier alternatives to typical snacks given to toddlers, including crisps, sweets, and other “highly processed” items.

“This range is about offering a better alternative that delivers on taste and fun, while supporting families with convenient, nutritious options they can trust as their children grow. It’s an important step for us and part of our ambition to help raise the standards of the kids’ food category.”
