Haldiram’s, renowned for its diverse range of authentic Indian cuisine, operates a facility in Southall, West London. The company is currently considering the launch of a restaurant aimed at introducing its unique products and flavors to a “new audience.”
Established in 1937 and still family-owned by the Agarwal family in India, Haldiram’s boasts an impressive portfolio of over 500 products, including traditional sweets, namkeen snacks, ready-to-eat meals, frozen foods, and instant mixes.
The brand’s products are distributed across more than 80 countries globally, with its UK operations managed under Haldiram Overseas Ltd.
“Haldiram’s is expanding in the UK to enhance our production capabilities and meet growing demand,” stated Rhea Agarwal, director of business development for Haldiram Overseas Ltd in the UK and EU.
“We are also exploring the possibility of opening a restaurant to bring our authentic flavours to a wider audience. Additionally, we continue to invest in new product development to innovate and delight our customers.”
In parallel, Haldiram’s has unveiled a new range of gift boxes featuring a wide assortment of its signature products.
“Our customers were searching for gifting solutions that reflect authenticity, elegance, and a sense of occasion,” Agarwal explained regarding the gifting range.
“Our new gifting service is designed to meet this demand, offering luxurious, fully customizable options that celebrate India’s rich culinary heritage in a way that feels truly special. Our aim is to become the go-to brand for premium sweets and snack gifts in the UK.”
