Plenish Ultra Ginger combines triple-sourced ginger, specifically cold-pressed, dehydrated, and extract forms. Each bottle delivers an impressive 29g of pressed root ginger, which, according to the brand, exceeds the concentration found in competing options.

In addition, every shot provides 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C and is also a valuable source of zinc.

Available in 420ml multi-serve dosing bottles, Plenish Ultra Ginger can now be purchased at Tesco stores and online for £6.95 per bottle.

Since its acquisition by Britvic in 2021, Plenish has continued to evolve. Britvic itself was subsequently acquired by Carlsberg, leading to the formation of Carlsberg Britvic in the UK.

This expansion of the Plenish functional shots range will be bolstered throughout autumn and winter by the ‘Give it a Shot’ campaign, featuring an upcoming ATL marketing strategy, community events, and shopper marketing initiatives.

The functional shots category is projected to grow significantly, expanding from its current retail sales value of £42 million to £115 million by 2027. To align with this trend, Plenish also introduced the “UK’s first vitamin shot for kids” earlier this year.
