Making its inaugural UK appearance at the PPMA Show, the PowerPak 1000 epitomizes operational efficiency, package quality, and safety with enhanced productivity and significantly reduced operating costs.

Tailored for start-ups and medium-sized businesses, the PowerPak 1000 is both compact and powerful, boasting a capacity of up to eight cycles per minute for an array of products, including meats, cheese, seafood, dairy, and fresh produce.

Additionally, GEA’s high-volume drum forming machine, the GEA Maxiformer 600, will feature prominently, enabling visitors to discover GEA’s unique step filling process, which decreases waste and ensures consistently uniform products.

At the show, GEA’s engineers will utilize interactive technology to provide attendees with a digital experience showcasing the extensive range of complete production lines available for diverse manufacturing applications.

Visitors can also explore the SmartPacker CX400, known for its impressive output levels and top-tier packaging quality. Furthermore, specialists from GEA’s Extrusion Food Technology department, which encompasses pasta, noodles, and snacks, will be available alongside the GEA bakery team to address inquiries regarding these diverse technologies and applications.

Greg Austin, director of sales for GEA Food Solutions UK & Ireland, emphasizes that visitors to stand C120 will gain valuable insights into the latest advancements in food and beverage packaging technology that facilitate more efficient and sustainable solutions, including the PowerPak, a machine developed from decades of packaging technology expertise.
