This new Pical Pouring Closure is fully compliant with EU regulations governing single-use plastics and is a prominent feature of Berry’s B Circular portfolio. It incorporates a unique tamper-evident tab that remains attached to the closure once the lid is opened for the first time, ensuring all components can be effectively recycled. Moreover, the snap-on neck finish negates the need for additional sleeves for tamper evidence, streamlining the design.
Crafted from HDPE, this lightweight closure boasts a one-piece design utilizing mono-material construction, making it fully recyclable in applicable collection facilities—an essential aspect of food and drink sustainable packaging.
Featuring a contemporary flip-top design, the closure includes an active hinge with a wide opening angle, allowing for easy one-handed operation. Its secure closure mechanism delivers an audible click, assuring users that it is fully sealed. Additionally, a venting feature and well-designed pouring orifice facilitate smooth product flow and precise dispensing, significantly reducing glugging, while a cut-off lip ensures a clean pour.
The Pical Pouring Closure is available in two neck sizes (26/21 and 29/21) and comes in a diverse array of colors, catering to a wide range of branding needs.
