Amipak, a specialist in food and drink packaging, recently welcomed Sarah Jones MP to its Croydon factory, emphasizing how the packaging sector drives innovation in British manufacturing.
On 6 August, Ms. Jones, who represents Croydon and serves as Minister for Industry, visited amipak to explore the company’s capabilities in providing sustainable packaging solutions. She observed how amipak excels in food service packaging design and manufacturing, effectively meeting the demands of multiple major brands.
During her visit, Ms. Jones, accompanied by representatives of the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF), toured amipak’s state-of-the-art manufacturing center. This experience highlighted the company’s leadership in developing eco-friendly food and drink sustainable packaging.
Amipak, a third-generation family-owned business, operates over 100,000 square feet of production and warehouse space across its Croydon and Willesden locations, exporting food packaging globally.
