The recipes of L’Autentic trace back to the culinary legacy of grandmother Nicolasa, who operated the inn “La Ferreria” in La Pobleta, a charming village in Morella, Castellón (Spain). After thorough analysis of L’Autentic’s unique requirements and resources, Fuerpla devised a tailored solution involving a continuous vacuum filler equipped with a specially designed pneumatic piston. This innovative approach addressed the challenges faced by L’Autentic and optimized their production processes.

Jesús Tena Borja, the CEO of L’Autentic, shared insights into their brand’s evolution, stating, “We began with Allioli and gradually expanded to incorporate other artisanal products based on customer demand. Our commitment to offering natural and homemade products remains unwavering.”

Established in 1994, L’Autentic serves the HoReCa sector and retail consumers through supermarkets, stores, and local markets. Their array of sauces and ready-to-eat meals have garnered acclaim for their authentic flavors and traditional appeal, devoid of artificial additives or preservatives.

Tena Borja acknowledged the changing culinary landscape, emphasizing the convenience offered by L’Autentic’s products to modern consumers. Reflecting on the success of products like ajoarriero and cod brandade, he noted, “We have adapted to the evolving preferences of our customers, providing them with quality products that resonate with their taste preferences.”
