Scheduled to take place from 12-14 March 2025 in vibrant Bangkok, this event is an unmissable opportunity for industry stakeholders.

Co-located with VIV Asia—recognized as the leading international trade show covering the entire feed-to-food spectrum in Asia—Meat Pro Asia promises to unite top industry players from around the globe. This unique platform facilitates networking, knowledge exchange, and showcases innovative advancements in processing and packaging. The biennial event will feature an extensive array of exhibitors, including essential suppliers catering to the diverse requirements of the meat processing and packaging industries. Attendees can expect to explore solutions relating to slaughtering, processing, packaging, labeling, cold chain logistics, quality assurance, hygiene, Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, automation, wastewater treatment, and much more.

“Meat Pro Asia seeks to build on the success of IFFA, Technology for Meat and Alternative Proteins, our flagship trade fair in Frankfurt that encompasses the entire protein processing chain. By providing the features and foundations of a world-leading show such as this, we aim to implement a comprehensive platform for trade in the meat processing and packaging industry for Asia,” stated Mr. Jack Wong, Deputy General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd.

“One of the facets we are excited to bring from Frankfurt to Bangkok is the IFFA DFV Global Meat Product Awards Southeast Asia. This competition will evaluate up to 300 processed meat products from the ASEAN region, judged by an independent jury of trained experts provided by the German Butchers’ Association. The winner of this competition will have the opportunity to attend IFFA from 3-8 May 2025 as an honored guest at the world awards,” he added.

“The Meat Pro Asia event represents a pivotal moment for food processing and food engineering in the meat production industry. The collaboration with VIV Asia enhances our offerings, providing complete coverage of the supply chain in meat production. We are thrilled to announce that we have already sold 90 percent of the exhibition space, which guarantees that at least 4,200 square meters will be packed with over 90 companies from 23 countries and regions,” noted Mr. Supanat Treeratpicharn, Project Manager at VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific Co Ltd.

“In addition to the wide array of exhibitors, we are also organizing two full-day conferences. These conferences will provide industry professionals with the opportunity to remain informed about the latest trends and technologies presented by experts from around the world.”

Among the notable exhibitors confirmed for Meat Pro Asia 2025 are industry powerhouses like Baader, Duravant, iFEC, Ishida, Jarvis, Marel, Mayekawa, Meyn, Multivac, and Owner Food Machinery. These leading brands will unveil the latest innovations and solutions spanning the food processing and packaging sectors.

High Growth in the Asia Food Processing Market

The Asia Pacific processed meat market is predicted to surge from USD 76.38 billion in 2024 to USD 86.19 billion by 2029, indicating a commendable compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 2.45 percent during this period[1]. This substantial growth can be attributed to increased urbanization, shifting consumer lifestyles, and the growing demand for convenient, high-quality protein products.

Consequently, the capacity to adapt to evolving consumer preferences within this region is clearly evident through the enthusiastic participation of exhibitors and the considerable interest in the fair. Meat Pro Asia 2025 is poised to become an essential date on the calendar for food processors, food retailers, importers, exporters, wholesalers, manufacturers, agents, distributors, and engineering firms. With visitor pre-registration now available, participants are strongly encouraged to plan their visit in advance to ensure their presence at this influential event.
