Effective January 1, 2025, Marta Pilczuk assumes the role of managing director for Kraft Heinz, succeeding Jojo Lins De Noronha, who departed the business after a decade to pursue new opportunities.
Pilczuk boasts over 16 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. She has dedicated the last 12 years to Kraft Heinz, where she most recently held the position of managing director for Kraft Heinz Poland.
During her tenure, Kraft Heinz Poland experienced substantial growth and enhanced profitability. This success resulted from her focus on innovation and fortifying manufacturing capabilities.
‘Feeding families for over 100 years’
“Serving as the managing director for Kraft Heinz in Poland has been an extraordinary honour, but it’s time for a new challenge,” Pilczuk remarked.
Reflecting on her new role, she emphasizes, “From Heinz to HP, and everything in between, Kraft Heinz has an inspiring heritage in the UK and Ireland, feeding families for over 100 years and taking pride of place in millions of kitchens.”
“I look forward to leading our incredible teams and collaborating with our customers to drive innovation, growth, and continue providing consumers with the high-quality, delicious food they love.”
Kraft Heinz appointed Pilczuk as managing director for Poland in March 2021 following her success as global head of packaging procurement.
She initially joined Kraft Heinz in 2013 after serving over three years at Mars in various buyer roles.
‘Pivotal moment’
“With her strong operational track record and excellent leadership skills, Marta has accomplished a great deal in Poland, including growing our iconic Pudliszki brand, a local hero specializing in ketchup, tomato products, and ready meals. We know she’ll bring this experience to Heinz in the UK+I to continue nourishing the important role it plays in many British households,” stated Willem Brandt, zone president of Europe and Pacific Developed Markets.
“At Kraft Heinz, we are undergoing a comprehensive transformation to better serve our consumers’ needs. Marta’s arrival comes at a pivotal moment for our UK+I business, which is set to play a key role in driving this evolution forward. With her exceptional skills and experience, Marta is perfectly equipped to lead the ambitious growth plans for our dynamic and high-performing UK+I business.”
In addition to this leadership transition, Kraft Heinz plans to restructure its international operations slightly by bringing the Nordics division closer under the existing leadership of Matt Poulton, the current regional managing director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
