The newly launched series of blended Irish whiskeys aims to capture the “natural rhythm of Ireland’s changing seasons”, celebrating a rich combination of whiskies sourced from across the island—including Ulster, Connacht, Munster, and Leinster.
The official unveiling of this collection is set for 29 August at an event in Dunluce Lodge near Portrush. Attendees will enjoy a tasting session in The Vault, hosted by Kirker Irish Whiskey co-founder and blender Richard Ryan.
The Four Seasons Collection features:
- Winter – ‘Rich, smoky, and indulgent, with peated malt complexity, festive pudding spice, and dark chocolate depth’
- Spring – ‘Fresh and vibrant, with pear, gooseberry, and elderflower lifted by floral honeysuckle and cherry blossom notes’
- Summer – ‘Rich and golden, evoking coastal hay harvest with sun-dried fields, saline air, ripe stewed fruit, and spice’
- Autumn – ‘Warming and generous, with stewed apple tart, buttery pastry, cinnamon spice, and rich toffee sweetness’
Notably, each blend is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and naturally colored. They showcase cask influences from Bourbon, Oloroso, Madeira, and Marsala wood, highlighting the innovation and craftsmanship within the food and drink industry.
In commenting on the launch, Ryan stated: “The Four Seasons Collection is our tribute to the ever-changing beauty of Ireland. Each blend celebrates the character of a different season while bringing together the best whiskey stocks from across the four provinces.”

This launch follows the success of the Kirker Shamrock, recognized as Ireland’s first whiskey to blend expressions from all four provinces, highlighting a trend toward innovation in the food and drink market.
The Kirker Four Seasons Collection is currently available for on- and off-trade distribution in the UK and Ireland through Kirker Greer Spirits. Each expression retails at an RRP of £60.
