Empire Bespoke Foods, a specialist in importing, distributing, and owning food brands, is set to introduce its new range, Master Cook, with added pea protein. This 100% plant-based Indian range is free of additives and owned by Empire Bespoke Foods. The aim of this launch is to bring truly regional Indian dishes to UK consumers’ plates.

As Upuli Ambawatta, brand manager at Empire Bespoke Foods explained, “We’ve taken inspiration from India’s vast and rich regional dishes to provide customers the means to recreate these flavours in their own home.” This Master Cook range includes four heat-and-eat dals and four meal kits, and will be launched in 2023 across multiple and independent retailers.
