The acquisition has been finalized with a total enterprise value of €75 million, which includes the assumption of debt. In 2025, Cristalerías Toro reported revenues of €75 million along with an adjusted EBITDA of €12 million.
Now rebranded as Vidrala Chile, the company will maintain its focus on the food and beverage sectors, serving a clientele that consists largely of global enterprises.
