TIPA, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions for the fashion and food industries, has partnered with InstaBrew, an innovative coffee and tea cubes brand. Together, they have introduced 1 million compostable packaging solutions to the instant beverage market, just two years after launching their collaboration.

Unlike conventional plastic products, TIPA’s packaging alternatives, including instant coffee sachets, offer the same qualities of durability, shelf stability, and transparency. However, these sustainable solutions fully break down into nutrient-rich soil within weeks when composted. Currently, most food and fashion packaging is made from conventional flexible plastics, with less than 9% being recycled. These plastics contribute to 80% of the 11 million metric tons of plastic polluting our oceans.

In addition to the million packaging units already sold, InstaBrew plans to increase their orders from TIPA by 25% in 2024. This expanding partnership allows both companies to reduce their environmental impact while meeting the growing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions.

“TIPA has been a supportive partner since the beginning. Our mission has always been to provide beverages with the highest quality products that can help replenish the environment after consumption,” said Juan Escobar, CEO of InstaBrew. “The outstanding quality of TIPA’s products has been instrumental in our success, and we look forward to further expanding our market reach together.”

“TIPA takes pride in collaborating with innovative companies like InstaBrew to tackle the issue of plastic pollution while ensuring the same level of quality and safety that consumers expect,” said Daphna Nissenbaum, CEO and Co-Founder of TIPA. “Together, we are shaping a future where convenience meets eco-consciousness, leaving a planet-friendly legacy for future generations.”
