Lizi’s Granola, a product of UK’s Life Health Foods, has undergone an award-winning transformation in its packaging thanks to Korozo Group, an international leader in sustainable flexible packaging.
The upgraded products now feature stand-up pouches that boast a stunning reverse print in 10 colors, achieved with Korozo’s advanced flexographic printing technology. The finish includes a matte lacquer, while a UV-resistant gold ink adds a touch of luxury. Additionally, a special mirror silver ink enhances the metallic details of the pouch, all while ensuring recyclability. For user-friendliness, the package incorporates laser scribing and an integrated zipper, enhancing the consumer experience when opening and resealing.
Recognition of this innovative design came with a Gold Award at the prestigious 2024 Crescents and Stars for Packaging Awards. The pouch’s structure features Korozo’s proprietary KoroRCY film laminated to white PE, resulting in a fully recyclable mono-material stand-up pouch. This advancement aligns perfectly with Lizi’s commitment to sustainable practices and environmentally-friendly choices.
