In a significant move towards sustainability in the food and drink packaging industry, CG Roxane LLC, the maker of Crystal Geyser® Alpine Spring Water®, has launched its “Thirst for Progress” campaign. This initiative, aimed at promoting hydration and sustainability, includes a series of creative shorts designed to empower consumers to make informed choices.

The campaign highlights the benefits of choosing sustainable options like Crystal Geyser® Alpine Spring Water® for pure, natural hydration while supporting environmental initiatives through CG Roxane’s sustainable practices. This aligns with the company’s commitment to high-quality sources and sustainability, making a difference in the marketplace.

According to a recent survey commissioned by CG Roxane, 46% of Americans drink more water when traveling, yet 65% express concerns about the quality of tap water at their destinations. The survey also reveals that consumers are seeking to improve their hydration habits while on the move, with a strong preference for recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging.

As a leader in sustainability practices, CG Roxane has introduced a tethered cap option on its 8 oz bottles, a first in the U.S. bottled water industry. This innovative step not only reflects the company’s dedication to environmental stewardship but also anticipates global trends, such as the EU mandate to phase out loose caps for plastic drink bottles.

CG Roxane’s commitment to sustainability is evident in its operations, with solar panel installations at its recycling PET facility and bottling factory, generating renewable energy and reducing CO2 emissions. By producing bottles with at least 50% recycled PET content, the company saves thousands of metric tons of CO2 annually, showcasing its dedication to environmental responsibility.

As the ‘Thirst for Progress’ campaign gains momentum, CG Roxane invites consumers to make sustainable hydration choices this summer. For more information about CG Roxane and its Crystal Geyser® Alpine Spring Water® products visit CrystalGeyserPlease.com.
