Gulfood Manufacturing 2023 is set to revolutionize global food production by taking it in a smarter and more sustainable direction. This year’s edition, scheduled for November 7-9, 2023, is expected to be the biggest-ever, featuring over 2,000 exhibitors, including leading brands in the food and beverage industry.

Aside from the impressive exhibition floor, the event will bring together more than 100 decision-makers and experts from the F&B industry to explore the latest trends and tackle the challenges faced by the industry. Key topics that will be discussed include the impact of AI, robots, and automation on efficiency, the digitalization of the F&B manufacturing sector, and driving revolutionary innovation to improve industry standards.

Gulfood Manufacturing 2023 presents an exceptional platform for companies to showcase their products, services, and solutions to influential global buyers. Another highlight of Gulfood Manufacturing 2023 will be Dubai’s Green and Sustainable Manufacturing initiative, aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda. With the growing plant-based F&B industry, there is a rising need for new manufacturing facilities. The initiative aims to bring together leading businesses in the plant-based F&B industry with co-manufacturers, equipment providers, and solution providers to address the challenges and opportunities of scaling up plant-based production and manufacturing in Dubai.
