With an investment of €38 million (£32.5 million), Umiami’s new facility symbolizes a key milestone in French reindustrialization and site revitalization. Supported by funding from various sources, the project showcases three years of dedicated development and production scaling, previously undertaken in the Paris region.

Spanning a 3.7-hectare site with a 14,000 m2 area, the factory currently employs 53 staff and boasts an annual production capacity of 7,500 tonnes, with plans to increase to 20,000 tonnes in the future. Strategically located in Europe, the facility positions Umiami as a leading producer of plant-based chicken fillets in Europe and North America.
