CoolKit has partnered with Lola’s Cupcakes, a London-based company, to launch a groundbreaking van conversion operation. The collaboration aims to showcase Lola’s Cupcakes’ products as they are delivered to outlets across the capital and nationwide. This initiative will also ensure that the products are transported in a temperature-controlled environment to uphold food hygiene regulations.

In addition, the vans will be designed to comply with low emission zones, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

CoolKit, a leader in temperature-controlled light commercial vehicle conversion, has been working with Lola’s Cupcakes since 2018. The partnership began with the provision of two converted Ford Connect vans. The latest project involves the refrigerated conversion of a Maxus e-Deliver 3, marking an innovative advancement in the collaboration between the two companies.

Commenting on the concept build, Lola’s Cupcakes’ Managing Director, Asher Budwig, stated, “Lola’s transport manager finds that people are always asking if we have cupcakes on board our vans, so we thought that finding a way to showcase the product as it’s heading to its destination would be a clever way to advertise.” This strategic approach to product promotion aligns with Lola’s Cupcakes’ commitment to innovating its delivery operations.
