SIG has forged a strong partnership with DPA Brasil to enhance its presence in the Brazilian market. The collaboration entails the production of spouted pouch packaging for the renowned Chamyto brand yogurt line, marking a significant milestone in the company’s operations in Brazil.

One of the standout features of this packaging solution is the pre-made spouted pouch with closure (SIG CloverCap 85RO) and filling equipment, the SIG Prime 120. This combination results in a lightweight, durable, and user-friendly pack that simplifies consumption, especially for children, promoting independent eating. The inaugural product to showcase this innovative packaging was the strawberry-flavored Chamyto yogurt from DPA.

Further expanding their partnership, DPA Brasil and SIG will introduce spouted pouch packaging for other products such as Chamyto fruit vitamin yogurts, Chambinho Recreio, and Ninho Lancheirinha. Vanessa Lima, marketing manager at DPA Brasil, emphasizes the importance of offering products that foster children’s independence, with the packaging playing a crucial role in this aspect.

Thiago Franzin, head of sales LATAM for Bag-in-Box and Spouted Pouch at SIG, highlights the company’s unique position in offering aseptic carton, bag-in-box, and spouted pouch solutions across a wide range of capacities. With advanced technology and versatile packaging systems, SIG is well-equipped to cater to the diverse needs of the Brazilian market, ensuring consumer satisfaction across various consumption occasions.

As Franzin further asserts, SIG’s commitment to providing comprehensive solutions that align with modern market demands is evident in the introduction of Chamyto yogurt in spouted pouches. This strategic move solidifies SIG’s position as a leading provider of packaging system solutions for the food and beverage industry in Brazil, with the product now available in top supermarkets nationwide.

In conclusion, the partnership between SIG and DPA Brasil represents a significant step towards offering innovative packaging solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the Brazilian market, underlining SIG’s dedication to empowering customers and enhancing their market presence in the food packaging industry.
