Pip & Nut, a B-Corp certified business, has unveiled a brand-new look for its nut butter packaging. The refresh showcases a more refined exterior design while maintaining the same natural nuttiness that customers love.

The updated packaging now features easily digestible information about the sustainably made nut butter, proudly displaying the company’s commitment to sustainability on its sleeves. Through new copy and illustrations, customers can gain insight into how Pip & Nut ethically sources its ingredients, such as single origin hi-oleic peanuts and Californian almonds from a carbon-neutral company.

In collaboration with Argentinian illustrator Bernardo Henning, Pip & Nut has incorporated a collection of 12 playful, cartoon-style designs on the packaging to narrate the story of their product production.

To enhance the consumer experience, the packaging employs a simple color palette for each of the eight different flavors. This ensures that nut butter enthusiasts can quickly identify their favorite flavor, whether at home or in a supermarket. The warm and rich color choices pay homage to the natural nuttiness of the product and are complemented by premium gold lettering and stamps.

Founder and CEO Pip Murray expresses her excitement about the packaging refresh. She states, “Our new packaging has been in development for over a year, and we’re thrilled to see it hit the shelves this month. Responsibly sourced, quality ingredients are among the top reasons customers choose Pip & Nut. Therefore, we wanted our design to reflect these core principles. Additionally, the new color range makes it even easier for nut butter enthusiasts to select their preferred flavor from our expanding portfolio.”

Pip & Nut’s refreshed packaging is now available in all major retailers.

Established by entrepreneur Pip Murray in 2015, Pip & Nut has been providing consumers with a range of all-natural, sustainably-minded nut butters and nut butter cups. The company achieved B Corporation certification in 2019 and further improved its impact score by 20% in 2022, reaching an impressive 97.1 out of 200. This noteworthy performance reflects Pip & Nut’s commitment to implementing better business practices across various key areas.

In line with its dedication to making a positive impact, Pip & Nut actively supports local communities affected by food poverty. The brand has donated over 54,000 jars of nut butter and £26,500 to food banks since 2020. Furthermore, the company has contributed to funding a new delivery van and volunteered 73 hours of packaging time for food parcels. In July 2021, Pip & Nut introduced custom-made glass jars for its entire product range.
