The rebranding initiative stems from a commitment to enhance the brand’s premium positioning while developing packaging that is not only modern but also distinctive and impactful, whether displayed on shelves or presented behind the bar. This focus aligns with current food and drink marketing trends that prioritize sustainability and consumer preferences.

In collaboration with the packaging design agency Boundless, Double Dutch aimed to create a visual identity that captures attention while simultaneously improving functionality for trade customers. This partnership illustrates the growing importance of sustainable packaging in the food and drink industry.

Raissa De Haas, co-founder of Double Dutch, stated: “The new labels bring our brand to life in a more contemporary way, while retaining the colour and brand cues our customers know and love. They’ve really exceeded our expectations in terms of vibrancy, finish and overall impact.” This aligns with emerging consumer trends that emphasize the importance of aesthetic appeal in food and drink packaging.

Ben Robinson, sales director at The Label Makers, remarked: “The premium nature of the label, with gold foil and emboss embellishments, played perfectly into the capabilities of our MPS presses, ensuring a smooth print process.” This highlights how advancements in packaging technology contribute to sustainability in the food and drink sector.
