Korozo Group, a specialist in international flexible packaging solutions, is excited to announce its collaboration with Zertus UK & Ireland. This partnership has enabled the launch of an award-winning snack range that facilitates Baileys’ evolution from a traditional after-dinner drink to a versatile anytime adult indulgence.

The new Baileys Chocolate Nut Mix has been crafted to expand the iconic Irish cream liqueur into innovative product sectors, specifically targeting the adult snack market. This delightful offering combines chocolate-coated almonds, a medley of caramelised almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and peanuts, all infused with a hint of Baileys flavor, accompanied by salted toffee popcorn.

To effectively bring this product to retail outlets and consumers, Zertus UK & Ireland partnered with Korozo Group to develop cutting-edge stand-up pouches. Utilizing an eight-color flexographic printing process, the pouches feature a partial surface matte lacquer. Korozo’s proprietary KoroRCY film is meticulously laminated to a PE layer containing EVOH to ensure optimal barrier properties, maintaining product integrity while promoting the recyclability of the stand-up pouch. Laser scribing technology allows for easy-tear openings, and a zipper closure is integrated for resealing once opened.
