CKF Systems’ new palletising solution increases flexibility in the warehouse for logistics operations where palletising goods from containers happens frequently.
The Qimarox Highrunner HR9 is the only solution in the market, according to the company, that comes complete with a unique pattern generator, allowing the system to stack boxes of almost any size on pallets at high speed without the need for specially trained technicians to generate a fresh pallet pattern for each new product.
CKF Systems is the sole Silver Partner for Qimarox in the UK and has extensive experience integrating Qimarox product lifts and layer palletisers.
The manual unloading of ‘loose loaded’ containers is physically demanding, time-consuming, and unattractive work. The process of removing items from containers one by one and then manually stacking them onto pallets can lead to damaged packaging and goods if not done carefully.
Investing in the automation of the palletising process provides companies with the necessary solution to meet the increasing demands of the global supply chain in efficiently emptying containers and improving the working environment for personnel.

CKF Systems designs and builds the conveyor systems that support the Highrunner HR9 palletiser and integrate a 3D case product scanner. This scanner automatically captures the contours and dimensions of the cartons, enabling the pattern generator to calculate multiple stacking patterns based on the data. The preferred pattern is then displayed to an operator, highlighting the best stability, pallet utilisation, and speed of case handling.
Once selected, the pattern can be saved in memory against that product and automatically recalled when the product barcode is recognized. This eliminates the need for highly trained technicians or specialist programmers to be involved every time a new product is received.
With the introduction of the Qimarox Highrunner HR9, CKF can expand its container unloading offering to customers throughout the UK who require a robust and reliable solution for palletising a variety of food packaging products.
