As a leading producer of aluminium trays, i2r Packaging Solutions is excited to announce its participation in the Responsible Packaging Expo. This event will be held on 10-11 October 2023 at London’s ExCeL, where i2r will be exhibiting on stand W13.
During the expo, i2r will showcase various samples, including its traditional standard wrinklewall ‘food service’ containers. Additionally, the company will present its premium Eclipse aluminium containers, which not only offer quality but also possess an appealing aesthetic suitable for products requiring a premium appearance.

On the first day of the expo at 13.15, i2r will partner with Alupro, a not-for-profit organisation representing the UK’s aluminium packaging industry, to deliver an insightful seminar titled ‘Sustainability and Innovation in Aluminium Food Packaging’. This session aims to inform attendees about aluminium’s remarkable sustainability story, featuring important statistics, data, and information on aligning aluminium foil packaging with new governmental directives. The session will also provide insights into the future of this responsible packaging choice.
