The Ishida IX-GN-2443 X-ray machine is highly sensitive and can detect impurities as small as 0.3mm. It can also accurately identify the exact location of contamination.

At the Pápa factory, this machine is used to inspect every pack of disznósajt, black pudding, and cubed bacon. To facilitate easy transitions between different products and pack types, the machine comes with intuitive pre-set options. This is important because the presence of bone or cartilage can vary depending on the product being inspected.

The IX-GN-2443 is specifically designed to meet Pápai Hús’ inspection requirements. It offers versatile detection settings with seven levels of image analysis and user-friendly operation. These features simplify the complex inspection process.

Due to space constraints in the factory, the IX-GN-2443 is set up as a standalone machine. Products are manually fed, and accepted packs are conveyed into pallets while rejects are dropped into a locked reject bin.

Being an essential part of Pápai Hús’ daily operations, the machine has proven its reliability.
