Alesayi Beverage Corporation, a prominent beverage manufacturer in Saudi Arabia since 1959 holding a 60% market share in the energy drinks’ segment, has formed a partnership with SIG to broaden its product and packaging range. Through the utilization of the cutting-edge SIG SureFill 42 Aseptic BIB filling system, Alesayi is set to introduce exciting new products targeted at hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HoReCa).
As part of their foray into bag-in-box packaging, Alesayi Beverages will be relying on SIG’s expertise as the global leader in BIB packaging. Initially, SIG will be supplying Alesayi Beverages with the SIG SureFill 42 Aseptic filling line, along with 10L SIG bags utilizing the SIG 2Pure Film. This one-layer film, specially designed for water, is perfect for BIB applications, ensuring a high water quality for up to a year without compromising taste. The 10L bags feature the SIG OptiTap 2300 fitment, a self-closing thumb toggle valve that allows for easy and consistent dispensing of water and other beverages, providing convenience to consumers.

The new BIB system will be housed at Alesayi Beverages’ modern production facility in Jeddah, covering over 98,000 square meters of built-up area.
