Berlin Packaging, the world’s largest Hybrid Packaging Supplier®, announced today the successful completion of its acquisition of Rixius AG, a German-based provider specializing in rigid packaging solutions for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food & beverage industries throughout the DACH and Benelux regions.
Founded in 1879, Rixius has transformed from a traditional packaging wholesaler into a value-added supply partner. The company now offers an extensive catalog of high-quality packaging alongside a variety of services, including personalization, labeling, decoration, and sustainability consultancy—key offerings in food and drink sustainable packaging.
