Ariake, Belgium’s first company to aseptically fill food products in SIG carton packs, expands its premium broth portfolio with the use of SIG Slimline carton packs. This innovative step comes after the recent installation of a SIG Slimline 12 Aseptic flexible filling machine at Ariake’s production site in Maasmechelen (Belgium). The company’s premium liquid broths in SIG carton packs will be available in the French market from November 2023 and soon in Belgium.
By partnering with SIG, Ariake Europe enters the aseptic food business for the first time, marking a significant milestone for the company’s future product portfolio. SIG’s state-of-the-art SIG Slimline 12 Aseptic filling machine is capable of aseptically filling 12,000 carton packs per hour in different volume sizes ranging from 500 ml to 1,100 ml.
