Alzamora Group, a leading international entity in the realm of cartonboard packaging solutions, concluded its 2025 financial year with a consolidated turnover surpassing €80 million. This marks a remarkable growth of 48.1% compared to 2023, significantly outperforming the European packaging sector’s average growth rate of 4.6%. This achievement underscores the robustness of the Group’s industrial and strategic framework.
Throughout the year, Alzamora Group strengthened its international operations, with manufacturing facilities located in Spain, Portugal, and the United Kingdom, and commercial engagements in over 20 markets. The Group features Alzamora Packaging (Olot, Spain), Novotipo Packaging (Lisbon, Portugal), and Offset Print & Packaging (London, United Kingdom), which was integrated into the Group at the end of 2024 as part of its international growth strategy. Additionally, the Group includes Alzamora System Carton Box, a dedicated in-house automation center that develops integrated machinery and packaging solutions to streamline new format rollouts, optimize processes, and enhance production efficiency for clients.
With this integrated approach, Alzamora Group excels in providing customized packaging solutions characterized by innovative structural designs and a diverse range of finishes. These solutions enhance on-shelf differentiation, functionality, and logistics efficiency, all while incorporating sustainability from the design phase.
In a rapidly evolving market, the Group recognizes the influence of new European regulatory frameworks. “The progress of the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the gradual restriction of single-use plastics are accelerating demand for recyclable, mono-material, and efficient solutions,” states Josep M. Berga, Co-CEO of Alzamora Group, in a landscape where consumers increasingly prioritize environmental sustainability.
Sector Diversification and Sustained Growth
Sector diversification continues to be a key driver of growth for the Group, with developments spanning food and drinks packaging, perfumery and cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, home care, technology, tobacco, dairy, poultry, and frozen foods, in collaboration with both national and international brands.
This strategic positioning is supported by established technical expertise, ongoing investment in technology, and close collaboration between R&D and production teams. This enables the Group to manage complex projects effectively and guide clients from concept development to full-scale industrialization.
The growth trajectory of Alzamora Group is also propelled by a dedicated team of over 300 professionals, committed to continuous training and technical specialization. This aligns with the values of a family-owned business with a rich heritage of over 125 years.
Investment in Technology, Automation, and R&D

Notable initiatives included the installation of a new die-cutting machine, the introduction of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) for internal logistics, plant automation, robotics projects, and the deployment of advanced production software designed to optimize production flows and increase operational capacity.
