Ishida has recently launched their latest product, the QX-500, after receiving detailed feedback from their global customers and partners. The QX-500 offers significant improvements in its cycle speed, weight, size, and energy consumption, up to 66%, 44%, 46%, and 50% respectively. This tray sealer is capable of sealing up to 25 cycles per minute for seal-only and up to 17 cycles per minute for MAP. It can be equipped with various integrated systems such as film coding, gas mixing, and an integrated vacuum system.
