Plenish has taken a significant step to fill a crucial nutritional void in the UK with the launch of its new Fibre Shots, tailored for the 96% of the British public who do not achieve the advised daily fibre intake of 30g.
As the premier provider of single shots in the UK, Plenish maintains a remarkable growth rate of 53%, surpassing overall market performance. This surge is fueled by a growing consumer preference for products that address specific health requirements.
The Fibre Shot offers a refreshing combination of cold-pressed ginger, lime, and mint, delivering 5g of fibre in every 60ml serving, which accounts for 16% of the recommended daily intake. This innovation is well-aligned with current consumer trends like fibre-maxxing, while allowing shoppers to manage their intake and reduce the risk of digestive issues, such as bloating and gas, often associated with rapid dietary fibre increases.
In addition to the Fibre Shot, Plenish has also unveiled the Ultra Turmeric Shot, a potent blend infused with 29g of cold-pressed turmeric. This formulation aims to provide a robust nutritional boost, supplying 100% of the daily recommended vitamin B12 and 15% of the daily iron requirement with each serving. Both offerings are provided in Plenish’s Dosing Bottle format, promoting daily wellness habits, while the Ultra Turmeric variant is available in a convenient 60ml single-serve option for those on the move.

Both products are set to be available nationwide through Sainsbury’s and the brand’s website starting 22nd April 2026.
