Now encompassing a 92,000-sq-ft facility, the location employs approximately 100 team members across various functions, including manufacturing, engineering, logistics, sales, and customer support. This integrated base positions the equipment specialist favorably to grow its batter, breading, pre-dust, and frying systems business.
For food processors, this consolidation translates into quicker access to equipment expertise and a more efficient pathway from testing to installation. The new site features dedicated areas where customers can trial machinery, observe production processes, and conduct factory acceptance testing—all in one convenient location before the equipment is shipped to their plants.
Nothum emphasizes that this setup aligns with its continuous-improvement strategy, enhancing feedback loops and ensuring customers receive fully validated, ready-to-run systems.
