Bühler’s acquisition of Esau & Hueber significantly strengthens the company’s malting, brewery, and sustainable protein sectors, while also enhancing its expertise and operational capacity in these critical areas.

Esau & Hueber, a German company renowned for its tailored solutions, will now expand its reach within Bühler’s extensive global network, offering innovative services to a broader customer base.

Esau & Hueber operates independently with a dedicated team of 42 employees, offering support throughout all project phases. The company excels in designing and constructing high-tech facilities while developing advanced processing technologies.

With its strong expertise in yeast and fermentation management, as well as automation processes, Esau & Hueber will continue to operate from its headquarters in Schrobenhausen, ensuring continuity for its clients.
