Brazilian beverage producer Natural One has chosen the Contipure AseptBloc by Krones as their new aseptic filler, marking the sale of the company’s 500th system. Specializing in producing juices from fresh fruits and vegetables in fifteen varieties, Natural One exports its products from Brazil to around eleven countries. To meet the increasing demand, the company is expanding its bottling capacities with the help of Krones’ expertise. The Contipure AseptBloc now joins the third Krones line at Natural One, setting the stage for the company to venture into new markets with plant-based milk alternatives and CSD products.

In addition to the 500th aseptic filler, Natural One has also ordered the VarioAsept D from Krones, marking the sale of the 200th UHT line. This system’s flexibility allows for processing various products such as juices, still beverages, CSDs, and plant-based milk alternatives. The direct heating module in the VarioAsept D enables rapid heating and cooling, making it ideal for products with high-quality standards.
The new line at Natural One provides enhanced flexibility in filling different bottle formats. With seamless format changeover facilitated by an optional robot, production downtime is minimized, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
