Atlas Copco recently unveiled its innovative Beer Foam Separator (BFS 900), tailored to meet the needs of the food manufacturing industry. This cutting-edge solution promises enhanced protection, cleaner processes, and considerable cost savings.

Designed to complement its industry-leading GHS VSD+ screw vacuum pump, the Beer Foam Separator aims to boost energy efficiency, minimize lifecycle expenses, and reduce the rejection rate of improperly filled bottles. By addressing the issue of excess foam production that disrupts beer filling operations, this innovative product is a game-changer for breweries.

The Beer Foam Separator, developed in collaboration with key brewery partners, effectively tackles the foam problem with its intelligent features and user-friendly design. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this solution features an auto-draining tank and a logic control system for seamless operation.

The BFS 900 boasts a host of features, including a calming section with a large diameter for foam settling and an automatic separation process that ensures continuous operation. Additionally, its clean-in-place (CIP) capability, facilitated by a shower ball mechanism, maintains adherence to stringent hygienic standards.
