Brogan Cook has joined the Co-op owned brand Nisa earlier this month, bringing over 11 years of experience from Morrisons, where she held the position of head of convenience projects.

In her new role at Nisa, Cook will lead the implementation and mobilization of corporate customer projects, becoming an integral member of Katie Secretan’s retail and sales leadership team.

During her tenure at Morrisons, she played a key role in transforming and delivering the retailer’s wholesale program, successfully developing and implementing innovative business strategies for growth.

Prior to her most recent role, Cook served as the senior operations manager for wholesale, overseeing the franchise program management and leading new store acquisitions. Additionally, she fulfills the role of commercial and finance director at Shrewsbury Town Women Football Club.

“We’re at a pivotal moment for our Co-op’s wholesale business, with ambitious growth targets in place, and Brogan’s proven track record in convenience and franchise operations, as well as her strategic leadership will be invaluable as we continue to deliver growth with our partners,” stated Secretan, the director of sales and retail at Nisa.

This strategic appointment aligns with Nisa’s objective of integrating “the best of Co-op” into its operations. Cook’s expertise in retail program management positions her well to lead the organization’s delivery plans and ensure their effective execution across multiple locations.

“I’m excited to be joining Nisa as Delivery Lead during such a dynamic period for the business,” Cook remarked.

“I look forward to applying my experience to lead the delivery of new business within the convenience channel, ensuring we deliver a best-in-class service for our retail partners across the UK.”

At Nisa, Cook joins a recently strengthened sales and retail leadership team that includes Taranjit Singh Dhillon as head of retail, Ian King as head of business development, Lauren Brogden as head of sales engagement, Paul Webster as head of partnerships, and Joy McAleese as head of wholesale.
