Aditi Hilgers has joined the leadership team at Kraft Heinz to guide the strategic vision, brand development, and innovation for the company’s sauces portfolio. Her role encompasses globally recognized brands such as Heinz, HP, and Lea & Perrins, alongside the Heinz Masterbrand.

With over 15 years of extensive brand and innovation experience in leading global FMCG companies, Aditi brings valuable expertise to the table. Previously, she held prominent positions at General Mills, including head of world foods UK and global head of innovation for Häagen-Dazs. Prior to that, she gained insights from brand roles at Mondelēz International and PepsiCo.

“Kraft Heinz brands are deeply embedded across British households and culture, and it’s both a privilege and a responsibility to continue contributing to their legacy,” Hilgers remarked.

“I’m looking forward to building on our brands’ momentum, working closely with our consumers and customers to set the pace in the categories we serve. Our goal is to innovate and expand our reach while crafting products and experiences that deliver real value at the dinner table and beyond. I’m excited to collaborate with the teams and evolve these beloved brands for the next generation of shoppers.”
