Miko Coffee proudly announces its latest acquisition of Procon, a renowned coffee service company based in Magdeburg, Germany. This move marks the beginning of Miko’s expansion strategy to establish a dominant presence in Germany and other international markets.

Prior to the acquisition, Procon had been an active distributor for Miko’s products. The German-based company provides small and medium-sized coffee and vending machines that are available for rent or loan.

Miko Coffee, established in 1801 and headquartered in Belgium, distributes a wide range of coffee products such as roasted coffee beans, coffee machines and more. The company caters to both local individuals and businesses.

Frans Van Tilborg, the CEO of the Miko Group, expressed excitement about the acquisition, stating that it further bolsters their international coffee service organization through external growth. He added that the acquisition complements Miko’s territorial presence in Germany, where it already has a fully-fledged subsidiary, Miko Kaffee, in Nuremberg.

While the terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the acquisition solidifies Miko’s quest to dominate the international coffee market and provide quality coffee products and services to its customers.

In conclusion, Miko Coffee’s acquisition of Procon is a strategic move that signals its intention to expand its global footprint. This acquisition complements the company’s existing operations in Germany and reinforces its commitment to providing high-quality coffee-related products and services to its clientele worldwide.
