Uproot, established in 2019 in New York, specializes in developing plant-based milk dispensers for foodservice locations across the US. This acquisition aims to offer a sustainable solution for serving plant-based milks by reducing packaging waste.
With over 150 dispensers operating nationwide, Uproot provides a variety of plant-based milks to colleges, universities, corporate offices, and other dining locations. Califia Farms’ milk alternatives will now be available at all Uproot dispenser locations, enabling the company to enhance its away-from-home portfolio in the US.
