As part of Activia’s new A-Z campaign, the company has joined forces with Rachel Stevens to inspire individuals to prioritize their well-being by taking care of their gut health. This collaboration aims to spread Activia’s mission to a wider audience, highlighting how each of us can contribute more to supporting our gut health.
This campaign holds particular significance since research shows that 89% of people recognize the importance of gut health for their overall health and well-being. However, a staggering 47% of individuals are unsure where to begin when it comes to nurturing their gut health. Furthermore, 24% of the population admits to desiring additional support in this area.
Rachel Stevens expressed her thoughts, stating, “Many people are unaware of the profound impact our gut health can have on our overall well-being. Personally, I prioritize my gut health by engaging in activities such as dancing, going to the gym, managing stress levels, and maintaining a balanced diet. These practices are especially important for me as we prepare for our upcoming S Club tour. Understanding the extent to which gut health affects our well-being, I am thrilled to partner with Activia to raise awareness about its importance.”
Danone UK&I’s head of marketing, Rachel Wright, stated, “We are pleased to collaborate with pop sensation Rachel Stevens for our campaign to raise awareness about the significance of gut health. As the autumn season approaches and life becomes more hectic with the return to work and school after summer break, we want to remind people to prioritize self-care, starting from the inside out. Feeling good begins with taking care of your gut.”
