PowerEPOS, the hospitality point of sale company acquired by Henderson Technology in October, announces a strategic partnership with me&u, the global AI-powered ordering, payment and guest engagement platform used by thousands of venues worldwide.
This agreement will enable PowerEPOS partners and customers across hospitality segments, from bars and pubs to restaurants and hotels, to access me&u’s industry-leading digital ordering and payment solutions as part of an end-to-end modern service stack.
Under the new agreement, PowerEPOS will work with me&u and its existing hospitality customer base as a preferred partner for mobile-first ordering, AI-enhanced menus and digital payment solutions. me&u’s platform uses smart QR code ordering and integrated marketing tools to let guests browse menus, place orders and pay directly from their smartphones – helping venues reduce wait times, increase table turnover, and unlock valuable guest data.
“We are delighted to partner with me&u as part of our mission to bring best-in-class technology to hospitality operators,” said Darren Nickels from PowerEPOS. “This agreement gives our customers the ability to modernise their operations with the sort of seamless digital ordering and payments experience today’s guests expect, while maintaining full control through PowerEPOS’s robust back-office and reporting tools. The integration delivers real-time product availability, stock synchronisation and full menu sync – representing one of me&u’s deepest integrations globally.”

The combination of PowerEPOS and me&u unlocks key operational and guest engagement advantages for hospitality businesses:
- Faster service & higher turnover: Guests can order and pay at their convenience, reducing bottlenecks and enhancing table efficiency.
- Unified order flow: Orders placed via me&u flow directly into PowerEPOS systems with no re-keying required, streamlining service and reducing errors.
- Enhanced customer data: me&u’s platform captures guest insights that operators can use to inform loyalty, marketing and upsell strategies.
- Scalable deployment: Designed for venues of all sizes, from single sites to multi-location groups.
“We are excited to partner with PowerEPOS to bring more venues into the digital age,” said Susan Zwinkels, UK General Manager at me&u. “Our smart ordering and payment technology complements PowerEPOS’s powerful POS platform, giving operators the tools they need to create memorable guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
“We have been working with dozens of hospitality businesses using the PowerEPOS and me&u platforms together in Australia. The integration has proven exceptionally reliable and we’re excited to now be offering this to PowerEPOS users in the globally.”
