New Vegan Cookie Indulgence Range Released by Krispy Kreme

Food and Drink Technology

Krispy Kreme is proud to announce the launch of a brand-new limited edition vegan doughnut range, the Cookie Indulgence, just in time to celebrate Veganuary. The doughnuts, available until January 28th, have been registered by the Vegan Society, making them the perfect treat to kick off the new year for both new and seasoned plant-based eaters.

Revamping the fan-favorite Cookies & Kreme doughnut, Krispy Kreme has introduced a vegan version of its delicious Kreme frosting. For those craving an even more indulgent treat, the new Chocolate Cookie Crunch doughnut is sure to satisfy with its chocolate icing, cookie crumb topping, frosting, and mini cookie.

The limited-edition Cookie Indulgence doughnut range, available in Krispy Kreme shops, selected supermarket cabinets in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s, as well as service stations and third-party delivery partners UberEats, JustEat, and Deliveroo, includes two must-try Vegan Society approved doughnuts: Cookies and Kreme and Chocolate Cookie Crunch.

Amelia Wallage, account manager at The Vegan Society, commented on the launch, saying: “The Vegan Trademark team are thrilled to see Krispy Kreme expanding their vegan options and making them available across the country. They’ve gone the extra mile to verify their vegan claims by registering with the Vegan Trademark. Those looking for a fresh and tasty doughnut can have peace of mind that this range is vegan certified so doughnut-lovers nationwide don’t have to miss out on their favorite treat.”
