New rum flavour unveiled by Dead Man's Fingers. Food and Beverage Business

Halewood Artisanal Spirits-owned Dead Man’s Fingers recently announced the launch of its latest product – a Vanilla Rum variant. The brand claims that this 35% ABV rum offers notes of smooth vanilla flavor, coupled with rich butterscotch. Notably, this is the first time that the brand has produced a clear bottle to highlight the golden rum’s color.

Rachel Adams, global marketing director at Halewood Artisanal Spirits, expressed her enthusiasm for the new launch, saying, “Vanilla is a deliciously indulgent flavor that, of course, has strong associations with rum. We really wanted to dial that up for our newest launch, creating a luxurious tasting liquid that pairs perfectly with cola and mixes well into cocktails.” Adams continued by highlighting the brand’s sustainable and eco-friendly approach, stating that the “clear bottle design guarantees strong stand out on the shelf but is also made using an increased volume of recycled glass.”

Dead Man’s Fingers has been on a product expansion spree as it launched new products last year, including coffee tequila liqueur, raspberry cream liqueur, and ready-to-drink margarita cans. Additionally, it also introduced a low-and-no spiced rum variant known as 0.0 Spiced Rum.

The new Vanilla Rum is set to hit the shelves in Asda stores this month, with an RRP of £28. The brand plans on a broader release later in the year. Overall, the expanded product range and the brand’s focus on sustainability help position Dead Man’s Fingers as a growing brand, continually innovating and adapting to meet the needs of customers who value quality and eco-conscious food packaging.
