According to recent sales results, Snappy Shopper, a rapid grocery delivery platform, has achieved £12m in sales for its partnership with Nisa, a UK-based convenience store. The partnership has resulted in nearly 500,000 orders with an average value of £26.70. Among the successful stores is Nisa Nitshill in Glasgow which has surpassed £2.2m in sales since 2020, with £1m in sales in the past year alone.

Other top-performing stores include Nisa Bellshill and Megasave Sofie’s Nisa in Bridgend, which have both averaged over half a million orders in the past year, with an average basket spend of £25.90. Notably, Nisa Local Harden Road in Walsall achieved over £300,000 in orders in its first full year partnering with Snappy Shopper.

Danial Nadeem, Nisa Bellshill store owner, commended Snappy Shopper, saying “We’ve been with Snappy Shopper since January 2020 and what a journey it’s been.” Nadeem added, “80% of customers are fully delivered and don’t usually shop with us and Snappy Shopper’s promotional deals always do fantastic! The support and the retail feedback taken on is spot on. I wouldn’t change it for a single thing.”

Snappy Shopper’s founder and CEO, Mike Callachan, expressed his satisfaction with the partnership’s results, stating, “We’re delighted with these latest sales results – hitting £12m sales is a milestone for us.” Callachan added, “The demand for home delivery and the desire to shop locally is greater than ever.”

James Taylor, head of operations at Nisa, emphasized the company’s commitment to ensuring that its retailers are at the heart of the decisions it makes. He noted that partnering with Snappy Shopper was a decision that drove mutual success since “our stores are benefiting hugely from the partnership, particularly Nisa Nitshill which is outperforming all 77 stores.”

Overall, the success of the Snappy Shopper and Nisa partnership can be attributed to the growing consumer demand for rapid grocery delivery and shopping locally. The partnership provides a sustainable solution for retailers to meet this demand while also benefiting greatly from Snappy Shopper’s technology.
