A scale-up from the University of Cambridge, Xampla, is partnering with Yili to test and validate its microscopic natural polymer capsules designed for fortifying vitamins and nutrients in a new line of products.
This innovative plant material protects beverage ingredients from production to digestion, without altering taste or texture. The technology shields against degradation risks from UV, pH, or heat shock, ensuring optimal fortification of wellness components, and offering healthy food products to consumers worldwide regardless of environmental conditions.
Building on 15 years of revolutionary protein research, Xampla’s collaboration with Yili is a significant step in scaling its technology from concept validation to full-scale production.
This partnership will expedite the introduction of Xampla’s nutrient microcapsules to global markets, showcasing advanced fortification technology.
