Alongside Ribble, VPK operates fanfold production in Alizay (France) and at Zetacarton (Italy). This geographic diversity ensures efficient service delivery to e-commerce and distribution centers, as well as tailored packaging solutions for food and beverage packaging customers throughout Europe.
What is Fanfold?
Fanfold is a continuous corrugated board featuring pre-scored fold lines that can be easily cut to size. It is increasingly utilized in e-commerce and logistics, as it enables packaging to adapt to various product dimensions. This adaptability reduces waste while optimizing transport efficiency, making it an ideal choice for businesses in the food and beverage packaging sector.
A Solid Foundation for Sustainable Growth
By increasing VPK Group’s stake from 30% to 50%, the partnership enters a phase of joint control with Ribble’s other shareholders. This strategic investment aligns perfectly with VPK’s vision to establish a robust, vertically integrated business model. With its own paper mills in Belgium and France, VPK guarantees a consistent supply of recycled paper, further enhancing its operational efficiency.
