Join Südpack, SN Maschinenbau, and Menshen on September 18 and 19, 2024, for an exclusive in-house exhibition at Südpack’s state-of-the-art facility in Erolzheim, Germany. Manufacturers and packagers are invited to explore cutting-edge solutions in food packaging.

This event will focus on the in-house production of spouted pouches designed for packaging liquid or pasty foods. It is tailored for manufacturers and packaging companies specializing in fruit purees, smoothies, and other products requiring thermal treatment post-filling. Those currently using pre-made pouches and seeking a more cost-effective option will also benefit from this one-day event, featuring informative sessions, live tours, and valuable networking opportunities.

“Our invitation extends to those interested in witnessing the seamless production of recyclable spouted pouches in-house,” the collaboration partners shared. The SPM 50 from SN Maschinenbau, films from Südpack, and spouts from Menshen are meticulously coordinated to deliver optimal packaging results with enhanced process reliability and quality assurance.

At the core of this concept lies sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Producing pouches from roll stock not only reduces pouch costs but also streamlines logistics and handling expenses associated with pre-made pouches.

“Investing in a pouch making machine could yield returns in under a year. In-house production enables customizable spouted pouches in various sizes and shapes, facilitating fast adaptation to changing demands, minimizing lead times, and accelerating time-to-market,” industry experts noted.

The event, running from 9 am to 5 pm on both September 18 and 19, will showcase live demonstrations and expert talks by specialists from SN Maschinenbau, Menshen, and Südpack. Attendees can also enjoy a guided tour of the Ochsenhausen facility. For more information and registration, visit the event website here.
