The upcoming CSB Food Business Special events this autumn will serve as a valuable platform for CSB-System, a specialist in food and drink IT, to highlight the latest trends and advancements in the digitalization of food businesses. These events will include international food exhibitions such as Anuga and the World Meat Congress, along with exclusive Food Business Tours and a CSB Tech Day at the company’s headquarters in Geilenkirchen, Germany.
Kicking off with its participation at Anuga in Cologne from 7th to 11th October, CSB will unveil a newly designed stand at C61/B60 in Hall 7.1. Showcasing CSB’s diverse software solutions used by leading food companies worldwide, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the extensive capabilities provided by CSB.
During the events, CSB’s experts will be available to demonstrate innovative solutions to address current challenges faced by the food industry. These include Smart Management to enhance decision-making and transparency, Smart Factory to optimize production and logistics processes while ensuring profitability, leveraging digitalization as a growth driver, and improving risk management and business resilience.
In conjunction with Anuga, CSB will also facilitate dedicated tours to renowned food businesses. These tours aim to provide firsthand experiences for prospective customers, allowing them to witness the accomplishments achieved with CSB’s ERP systems. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with decision-makers to gain insights into the advantages of digitalization and automation, focusing on digitalized processes encompassing materials warehousing, production, and innovative digital sales channels. The Food Business Tours are scheduled between October 9th and 13th.
Furthermore, CSB is collaborating with Espera, Ecoma, Kawasaki, and Videojet for the CSB Tech Day on October 10th in Geilenkirchen. This event will showcase novel solutions related to recognition and sorting, packaging, price labeling, and palletizing processes. By presenting the seamless integration of hardware and software, these partners will showcase their core competences through live demonstrations.
At the CSB Smart Factory, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the latest solutions for key processes in the food industry. These include optimized weigh-price labeling, cutting-edge image processing systems for raw material recognition and sorting, and an advanced Pick & Place robot.
Strengthening its expertise in ERP solutions for the meat industry, CSB will also participate in the first World Meat Congress in five years. Taking place from October 11th to 13th in the Dutch city of Maastricht, this event will bring together prominent decision-makers from the food industry to discuss relevant topics such as sustainability and digitalization. Visitors to the CSB stand at the congress will have the opportunity to engage in productive discussions.
