Autopack Group brings its largest-ever machinery showcase to the PPMA Show 2026 – with a new distributorship, new machinery and launches a brand-new division.
This year’s PPMA Show will be the biggest one to date for leading independent supplier of packaging machinery Autopack, with the group also unveiling its new weighing and inspection division Autoweigh. A total of 25 machines across two stands (A12 and B20) will showcase the full capabilities of the Autopack Group’s flexible and rigid businesses alongside its new weighing and inspection systems.
The range of flexible and rigid packaging machinery solutions across food, beverage, snacks, dairy, pet care, pharmaceutical, personal & home care sectors, nutraceuticals, agriculture and quarrying will be on show. The stands bring together the packaging strengths from Autopack’s acquisitions, partnerships and engineering expertise. The launch of Autoweigh adds further capabilities for the groups range of weighing and inspection equipment featuring on stand A12.

Autopack Group Managing Director Wayne Kedward said: “The PPMA Show is the perfect platform to demonstrate the breadth of our flexible and rigid packaging machinery solutions, as well as launching our new Autoweigh division. Visitors will be able to see a complete working packaging line alongside individual machinery.
“With the addition of Autoweigh we can now offer UK made handling, weighing and inspection solutions for traditionally difficult to handle products which are easily integrated into full turnkey packaging lines for our customers.”
For Autopack’s flexible packaging solutions, Technosys’ popular coffee solution the A300 quad seal with degassing valve will be featured alongside an A200 VFFS machine with an Autoweigh linear weigher, supplying sachets into the EX1 compact Xray machine. The EX1 forms part of the German inspection manufacturer Sesotecs portfolio and is latest brand to sign a distributorship with the Autopack Group.
Stand A12 will focus on the sack filling range with the new AP500 from APM, part of Autopack’s flexible packaging division. The auger-fed gross weigher system, designed for B2B sellers, can fill 10 to 50 kilograms of powder or granular products into open-top sacks and is adaptable for a variety of industries.
Alongside the AP500 will be the AP400 valve sack packing machine together with the AP600 which is an automatic open mouth sack placer and the latest bulk bag discharger will also be featured at the show.
Shaun Davies, Sales Director at APM, said: “Businesses across many sectors are facing ongoing battles with labour shortages, rising costs and safety concerns. Our sack filling machines deliver automation for manufacturers by reducing manual handling, improving consistency and increasing throughput, allowing businesses to run more efficiently and cost-effectively.”
Autopack’s Spanish division will be demonstrating its versatility in premade doypacks and pouches with the MH25 set up for sports nutrition powders and the MH200 Spouted Pouch machine, running fully recyclable spouted pouches for shampoo refills.
The line-up for rigid containers will show a full turnkey liquid line in operation. Unscrambling containers, air rinsing, filling and capping will be the focus. Separately, the stand will also feature a Van Rijn bucket filling and lidding system and a range of semi-automatic depositors.
Jonathon Stewart, UK sales director, said: “This year’s stand has been planned to show the full value the Autopack Group can bring to a project. The machinery on display gives us the opportunity to talk through real packaging applications and explain how the right combination of equipment can improve efficiency, accuracy and long-term reliability.”
The PPMA Show 2026 takes place at the NEC, Birmingham, from 22nd to 24th September 2026. Visitors can meet the Autopack team on stands A12 and B20.
