Since its launch, over 1,000 pallets have been sold, with customers expressing improved safety and hygienic production as the main advantages.
C&T has prioritized meeting the unique requirements of customers in the packaging industry. For example, the plastic pallets exclusively use food-safe polymers to ensure compliance with customers’ hygiene and BRC accreditation needs.
The new pallets offer easy manual handling due to their lightweight construction, eliminating splintering or damage in the working environment. Furthermore, keeping them clean is effortless – a simple wipe or spray powder can remove dust. These features make the pallets an excellent choice in terms of health and safety requirements.
Regarding functionality, C&T’s pallets can be utilized throughout the entire production process. Printing and die cutting benefit from non-stop feeding using swords on the feeder. Different pallet sizes are available to accommodate various production formats and machine dimensions.
